Set Rental Package



How do I contact you to rent a set?

     A. Email to get the process started!

How long is the standard set rental period?

     A. The standard set rental period is 2-3 weeks.

Can I rent a set for longer than the standard rental period?

     A. Yes! We work with each of our rental customers on an individual basis to determine set rental period and cost based on the length of the rental period.

What information do you need from me to rent a set package?

     A. Once you begin the process by emailing your interest to, we’ll ask you to fill out a brief Google form detailing information about your company, dates of your show run, etc.

How is the set rental package shipped?

     A. The set rental package ships in one 26-foot box truck. The rentee is responsible for shipping the set rental package from our warehouse in New Bedford, MA and back.

What happens if I damage any item/s of the set rental package?

     A. Depending on the extent of the damage, your security deposit may cover the damage. If the cost of repairing the damage exceeds the security deposit fee, then you will be billed the remaining balance. This is covered in your rental contract.

What happens if I am late in returning the set rental package?

     A. You will be charged a late fee for each day you are late in returning the set rental package.

Are there pictures of the set rental package on your website?

     A. Yes! Click on the rental tab on our website to look through our set pictures. These pictures are a sampling only. Upon request (email, you may receive a full photo inventory of our set rental package. 

When should I secure my set package rental?

     A. This show is in popular demand and we cannot guarantee the availability of our set rental package. Please secure your rental ASAP.

What is included in the set rental package?

     A. This set rental package includes all scenery and drops.
